People who know me know that my passion has always been nutrition and fitness. During my teen years, I struggled with Body Dysmorphia, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence. At 16 years old, I signed up at a Women’s Only gym. Little did I know then that decision would bring a passion into my life that would increase my personal growth in more ways than one.
