CRISTINA

I fell upon Becky Steingart by accident, but in a way, I feel like it was meant to be. I have always been active, ate well, and "thought" I was doing everything "right" to take care of my physical and mental health. Then I hired Becky and my whole outlook and perspective changed. She is the most real, humble, and committed coach that I have ever encountered. Aside from the physical changes I have seen over the last 12 weeks, her program, my relationship with food, and heightened understanding of the importance of taking care of my mental health and having a more holistic lifestyle approach to fitness has greatly improved. JANICE

Becky is amazing! I have been on my fitness journey with Becky for about 16 months now. 5 months into this journey, I was gaining weight AND inches despite putting in workouts 3 times a week. I was full of inflammation and struggling! Becky recommended I see a health specialist to see if there was any underlying hormonal issues and it turns out, there was! Once that was resolved, I came back to train with Becky and started to see results. If it wasn’t for Becky’s knowledge, calm approach and strong encouragement, I might have given up. Becky sets you up on a program that is good FOR YOU! No two programs are alike and no two training sessions are the same. I am always doing something new at each session which keeps me interested and engaged. She provides excellent nutritional guidance but knows people are not perfect. You can still enjoy that dinner out or have that glass of wine. If you follow Becky’s advice, you WILL see results. Becky helps you to become the best version of yourself!

She very carefully creates a plan to your specified goals, needs, health and lifestyle. Her platform for communication and workouts is so user friendly and love her in 1:1 gym atmosphere. I’m forever thankful for BECKYS guidance which has  helpied me become a happier healthier version of myself, she has  changed the way I see food, not just myself but my whole family. My husbands been just eating the same thing as me so we don’t have to make a million different meals, he’s actually lost 18 lbs lol. So thank you!!  I have a healthier relationship with food and the meal plan was SO helpful and well laid out. I've had a great experience!

JENNY

As someone who has never stuck to any kind of fitness regime, I completed with 12-week challenge and I can honestly say I never want to give up this lifestyle! The workouts targeted my posture issues which I have struggled with my entire life. I was tired of being in constant pain and discomfort from it! The workouts were super easy and effective for a beginner, the nutrition plan was very manageable! I was shocked at how much I was able to eat, and continue to eat as I saw improvements throughout the week. Becky is incredibly knowledgeable and I Highly recommend her as your cheerleader and accountability coach. I'm still in shock I stuck with it the entire 12 weeks! Thank you so much Becky!

I contacted Becky after being avoiding exercise for 2 years because of hip pain. 

I've been scared to exercise again, but Becky has been mindful full of my injuries and able to male a huge difference in how I feel during my work out. I'm stronger, I can move better and have had zero hip pain! Becky is very knowledgeable when it comes to preventing the onset of my hip pain and now I can train like I use to!

Becky was so warm and welcoming from the moment we connected on our first phone call. She made it so easy to communicate with her, and found out more about me through her questionnaire. We got right down to business! Becky had options for me to choose regarding my physical limitations and challenges, this made it easy for me and took the fear out lifting weights for fear of hurting myself. Her meal plans are not only delicious but also very easy to make. I have lost weight, lost inches and gained muscle. I’ve been enjoying her instagram page, it’s very educational all around. Becky is a powerhouse with unlimited knowledge and is such an inspiration to me! I love my new way of life and I hope I can inspire my loved ones as well!

This is just what i needed to get back to feeling like myself again, I found the accountability to be exactly what i needed. Every week at check in I had to show up for myself and coach! There were constant adjustments to program to allow my strength to soar! I'm so happy with the progress I've made over these 12 weeks and can't wait to continue working with Becky and see what else I can accomplish!

Becky has helped me tremendously. Before, I was stuck in a rut. I had 2 kids and was not taking care of myself. I also had severe hip and lower back pain. STEPH

Working with Becky has been the best investment I've made for myself! 

After having my two babies, one being under 8 months, I was so ready to feel like my old self again. I signed up, stayed consistent and went all in. With Becky's guidance, I avoided any hip or lower back pain I normally experience through exercise. She taught me ways to prevent the pain from ever coming back and proper form during our workouts. 

I'm so thrilled with the results, I can confidently say I'll be buying a new wardrobe very soon!

 I rarely look at the side by sides unless you bring them up in our check ins or you post them so I'm always like wow, I have come a long way! I came to Becky as soon as I was cleared to work out after having my first baby. She guided me in the right direction (pelvic floor physio) before even starting which helped a ton. The workouts help me progress every week, I'm stronger then ever, eating more than ever and have learned so much along my 6 months working with Becky! I'm so excited to start at a gym and continue using everything I've learned to keep getting stronger!

Becky Steingart is someone who listened to what I WANTED, told me my goals were achievable and she came up with a plan.  I trusted the process, not only believed in her but I believed in myself. What can I say about this babe!! I've been at this fitness journey since 2016... trying different classes and workout apps. Covid made me really put serious effort into it but I hit a wall in Nov 2020 and couldn't get any further. Then I decided to put my money where my dedication was and signed up for Becky's bootcamp. DAMN!! What a difference. I have a few old injuries that always bothered me but Becky takes the time to listen and modify exercises to strengthen those areas and now I have the tools and knowledge to really get into lifting!!! She changed my life and now I have a great motivating, knowledgeable personal trainer and a new friend  I recommend 100%

Becky has provided me with alternatives in place of squats and lunges to keep my knee condition at away. My knee pain is almost non - existent and I'm getting stronger when lifting! I actually look forward to getting exercise equipment now! I feel so much better now and she has taught me how to add this routine into my lifestyle without overthinking it. Thank you, Becky!!!

JEN

I initially met Becky through a friend who recommended her boot camp classes. I was hesitant to sign up at first since I hadn't exercised in years, I had gained a significant amount of weight, and I wasn't confident in my ability to keep up with the other women. After mustering up the courage to join, I am so glad I did. Becky's upbeat, encouraging and flexible boot camp routine was challenging, but she offered modified versions of workouts for those of us who needed it without shaming us. After about 5 or 6 sessions, Becky announced an upcoming weight loss/fitness challenge she was running, and once again, I was hesitant but took the leap in the name of health. Becky set me up with nutritional guidance, trained me 3 times a week, and offered the support I had never received from any other trainer in the past. In 3 months, I had a 6.7% weight loss and also lost 13.5 inches overall, putting me in a painfully close second place in the challenge. I had participated in weight loss challenges in the past and always crashed and burned. I can confidently say, without Becky's guidance, I would have done the same in this challenge. Becky is an amazing trainer who encourages me and learns and understands my limits. She has never made me feel judged, less than, or negative in any way. I have no doubt that I will achieve my health goals as I continue my fitness journey. I can't wait to see my next transformation photo, as I continue to work with Becky, and she continues to provide me with the support and confidence to reach all my goals.
